We are specifically in the business of property maintenance, therefore dedicating our full attention to giving you the best service possible. Viscount Property Solutions is dedicated to providing a one-stop, high quality, comprehensive maintenance service to its customers, taking the stress and hassle from landlords, tenants and managing agents.
As property maintenance specialists we pride ourselves on the provision of an all-encompassing range of services. With an extensive selection of local tradesmen that include joinery, roofing, plumbing, electrical, plastering as well as all aspects of internal and external decoration, Viscount Property Solutions will waste no time in responding to your needs. Our team of handymen and tradesman are dedicated to diagnosing and rectifying any faults as effectively and efficiently as possible. Customer service is our primary concern and therefore quality control is treated with the utmost importance.
Viscount Property Solutions provide our clients with individual login and access to our web based facilities management system. The system allows users to log jobs and follow their progress. Monitoring of the system by our management team ensures all faults or repairs are being responded to in a timely manner. Each job logged will be provided with a job code and assigned specifically to the handymen/tradesman completing the works. Once complete the client will be sent a confirmation email confirming the works have been completed.
