The brief – To create a safe walking surface for tenants in their multi-level car park, with both a durable and resilient finish that meets specific slip test compliance.
With a limited timeframe to complete the job on time and within budget, VPS used Dulux’s epoxy paint from their protective coatings range. This quick curer meant VPS met all of the client’s requirements, with minimal impact on the public and tenants.
The brief – to remove the cracked stone and replace it with the same, existing façade in Melbourne’s premier CBD location.
Stone repairs on an existing surface are never easy. However, with the use of specialist skills and the right tools, the repair was quick, and the site was back to new in no time.
The brief – to provide two types of fencing on a dangerous, publicly accessible, raised garden bed.
VPS chose glass fencing for the front of the building and wire mesh fencing for the rear. The glass fencing blended well with the overall style of the building, while the green mesh fencing was well suited to the garden bed. The result! A modern finish with the public hazard removed.
